Our CNC milling department is equipped with high-performance machines capable of handling a wide range of milling operations:

- Feeler FJV-250(4-axis capable)
These advanced milling centers enable us to produce complex geometries, perform multi-face machining, and achieve tight tolerances on a variety of materials.
CNC Turning
Our turning capabilities are centered around a suite of advanced CNC lathes:
- Haas ST-28Y(4-axis with live tooling)
- Haas ST-30
- Samsung SL-20
- Feeler FT-250
With these machines, we can perform a wide range of turning operations, from simple cylindrical parts to complex contoured components with milled features.
Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM)
For specialized machining needs, we offer both Wire EDM and EDM Drilling services:
- Fanuc Robocut Alpha 1iD Wire EDM
- Belmont ST-4060R EDM Drill
These EDM machines allow us to create intricate shapes in hard materials and produce precision holes in challenging components.
Manual Machining
To complement our CNC capabilities and provide flexibility for quick turnaround jobs or custom work, we maintain a set of manual machines:
- Acer Knee Mill
- Jet Lathe
- Clausing Colchester Lathe
These manual machines allow our skilled machinists to perform rapid prototyping, custom work, and quick modifications when needed.
Quality Control
We maintain stringent quality control measures with our advanced metrology equipment:
- CMM Wenzel XOrbit 55 with Renishaw PH20 5-axis head and Renishaw Controls
- Climate and Humidity controlled metrology lab housing our CMM and calibrated measuring equipment
Our dedicated metrology lab ensures that every part we produce meets or exceeds the specified tolerances and quality standards.
